What is included in the studio hire?

Hire includes the use of the studio space, associated utilities and photography/videography kit.

Opening hours

Studios are available 7 days a week, 7am to 10pm. Please contact us if you require bookings outside of these times.

Restrictions

As our sites are adjacent to co-working spaces, there are restrictions on loud music during working hours (9am to 6pm). Outside of these hours and at weekends there are no restrictions on music. 

The use of haze/smoke is not permitted in the studios due to the presence of smoke alarms. 

Pets/children

Pets and children are more than welcome in the studio space provided that they are under supervision at all times. It is the responsibility of the person hiring the studio to ensure children do not break any equipment or damage the infinity coves.

Rearranging/cancelling bookings

We will endeavour to move bookings where possible in the first instance, requesting to move a second time will result in forfeiture of the booking in full. If you need to cancel a booking with 14 working days notice we will refund 50% of the booking fee, after this the booking fee will not be refunded. Bookings cancelled with more than 14 working days notice will be refunded in full. 

Overrunning booking time

If you need to extend your booking due to overrunning, please let us know in the first instance. Provided there are no subsequent bookings, this can usually be accommodated and additional hours can be booked online. 

Setup/packing down time

The duration of the booking includes setup and pack down time - we do not allow additional time to setup or pack down. The studio and equipment must be put back as found upon arrival. 

Damage/breakages

Any items damage to the studio or broken items will need to be paid for in full before leaving the studio. 

Wheelchair access

Chandler's Ford: No - the studio is located on the first floor and has no disabled access 

Andover: Yes - the studio is located on the fifth floor and has access via a lift

Parking

Chandler's Ford: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm there are 2 spaces available. Additional street parking is available, however during working hours availability can be limited. Outside of these hours and at weekends all spaces can be used (14 spaces). 

Andover: The Chantry Centre car park is the closest car park to the studio. Check the website for opening hours.

Toilets/showers

Chandler's Ford: Both toilet and shower facilities available

Andover: Toilet facilities available. 

Props

Studio hire includes use of any props in the studio, however these are typically limited to backdrops and seating. 

Food and drink

You are welcome to bring your own food and drink, but please ensure that these are not consumed on the infinity coves or backdrops. Any mess/spillages must be cleaned up prior to departure.

Wifi

All studios have free wifi available.

VAT

All hire prices include VAT.

Studio Branding

We deliberately do not include any specific branding in the studio, so from a client perspective the studio can be treated as your own.

CCTV

There is CCTV within the studios and throughout the buildings. We understand this may cause some concern when shooting models but is provided for security and safety of photographers, staff and models. If this is of concern, please let us know.
